Bronze fitting service:

Our Standard

There is no added charge

We fit your flooring in a clear room and bag all rubbish for the customer to dispose of.

Silver fitting service:

Priced per M2 + £30.00

We lift your old carpet and gripper rods or flooring move any large objects in the room, bag all rubbish for the customer to dispose of.

Gold fitting service:

Priced per M2 + 150.00

This is for the elderly customer

We lift your old flooring or carpet and gripper rods, we remove all objects in the room, unpluging all tv,sky, hifi, ect. bag all rubbish and remove all rubbish and old carpet or flooring. then replace all objects back into the room and plug back in all tv, ect.

Terms and Conditions

J & L services may ask for 50% of the total invoice in advance if over £500 or has had dates booked with customer that may take few days to complete. this is  to safe guard against late cancellation. With the balance paid on completion after inspection by the customer. Each service has a minimum charge of £150 and £200 as listed below.

Minimum charge of £150.00:  eg. A small bedroom under 10m2.

Minimum charge of £200.00 : eg. A bathroom or a hallway with many doors and a staircase under 10m2 may take longer then a room of 20m2 so a minimum charge of £200 is applied.
